The company was established on 30th March 1990 when it was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commissions under the Companies Act, 1968 and was registered as a VAT person in 2003.  It was initially registered with a share capital of N100,000.00 presently it has been increased to N10,000,000.00.

We have over the years worked with different organizations by designing security systems that meet the standards and necessary guidelines of our Clients request.  Our team embodies a culture where prompt service and prompt response to Clients distress calls on installations are the hallmark for success, and we have the ability to draw from an experienced base of personnel whilst maintaining a personalized form of business liaison.
